We are hosting a Grandparenting Class!
I don’t know about you, but Carolyn and I are serious about our desire to spend eternity with our children and grandchildren in heaven. We want the whole family to be with us and we are taking measures to make it happen. Maybe you feel the same?
We have a five week training seminar for grandparents who feel the same passion!
Wednesday Night Live (WNL) is a seasonal ministry at Auburn Grace where a variety of classes are available for spiritual training along with dinner and childcare. The next WNL season launches in March and we have the privilege of offering a grandparenting course provided from the national ministry, The Legacy Coalition. This five week “Grandparenting Matters” class will start with a short video presentation from Larry Fowler, the President of the Legacy Coalition, followed with a time of class discussion. Workbooks will be provided. You are invited to join us for dinner at 5:30 PM, and classes go from 6:30 -8:00 PM
Topics we will address will include:
- The unique influence of grandparents
- What the Bible tells us about our role
- Reaching the heart of our grandchildren
- How to overcome distance barriers
- The 8 best practices of a grandparent
- Becoming an intentional grandparent
