FAQ's

Our Answers to Your Questions

  • Where should I go when I arrive?

Once you park, make your way through the breezeway and courtyard into our front lobby. We will have a Team member at our Welcome Desk ready to meet you.  Let them know it is your first time visiting and they will help you find seats, Sunday School classes for your kids, and answer any questions you have. After the service is over, make sure to stop by the Welcome Desk to pick a Visitor’s Packet to learn more about Auburn Grace.

  • Is there anything for my children?

Sunday School classes are available for your children during BOTH of our services. When you arrive, check your children (Nursery-Sixth Grade) in at our “Check In Kiosk” located at the end of the courtyard by the fountain.  Junior High and Highs School students accompany their parents for worship in the main auditorium. After worship is done all students will be released to their classes. Junior High (6th-8th Grade) and High School (9th-12th Grade) meet in Room 205. Parents can choose to keep their 6th graders in AG Kid’s Ministry or move them to Student Ministries.

  • What should I expect during the service?

The first half of our service is filled with worship, prayer, announcements, and sometimes special celebrations.  The second half is dedicated to the study of God’s Word, the Bible. We uphold the authority of Scripture and use it as the foundation for all our teaching.

  • What should I wear?

We do not have a formal dress code at Auburn Grace. Our church family dresses from business casual to jeans and flip flops!

  • Who is the Pastor?

We have several pastors on staff. Our Senior Pastor is Phil Sparling. He is generally the pastor you will see teaching on Sunday.

You can learn more about our pastors and staff on our Staff Page HERE.

  • How can I connect online?

Our Media Team uses Youtube to livestream both our first and second services. You can access our Youtube channel HERE.  We also recommend downloading our church app where you can stay connected with access to sermon notes, updates, and other special features. (Download the app HERE.)
