MAKING AN IMPACT FOR JESUS

Auburn Grace believes God is calling us to make an IMPACT in the lives of our Neighbors and the Nations with the good news of Jesus Christ. God desires more worshippers from all people groups and communities. Therefore we want to make an IMPACT through prayer, by sharing the gospel, caring for the hurting, and going to where they are. We encourage you to engage with us to make an IMPACT for Jesus!.

WHAT IS THE GREAT COMMISSION?

When Jesus returned to heaven after His resurrection, He left His followers explicit instructions. They were both for the people who were there with Him that day and for every follower of Jesus who would come after them. He said, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20, New International Version). This instruction is known as the “Great Commission” because these words represent a critical assignment for the church as His people await His return.

Park Days
Auburn, CA
We believe that God is leading us to reach our neighbors in the Regional Park area. We acknowledge that we want to follow God’s leading and not our own, so, we believe the first step in launching a ministry like this is to pray. After the new year we will, Lord willing, be discerning what the next steps will be.

WHAT IS AN UNREACHED PEOPLE GROUP?

An identifiable group of people distinguished by a distinct culture, language, or social class who lack a community of Christians able to evangelize the rest of the people group without outside help. The only opportunity for the people group to hear about salvation is through an “external witness.” Most missiologists consider 2% of the population becoming Christ followers as the “tipping point” at which the group is generally considered “reached” with the Gospel.

We believe God has called us to bring the Gospel to the unreached - those without access to the Good News of Jesus. We are on staff with an organization called Global Fellowship and in the summer of 2024, we moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to open an international office for Global Fellowship, where we can enhance our support system to local pastors and missionaries who are working in unreached areas of the world.

Kyler and Claire Malarae moved to Osaka, Japan in 2021 with their two children Brody (age 4) and Kenna (age 2). Their desire is to share the gospel with the people of Japan where less than 0.5% of the population have a relationship with Jesus. Please pray for the hearts of the Japanese to be receptive the good news of Jesus and for the Lord to open doors for relationship with many people.
