On Sunday mornings, all children kindergarten through third grade will read, experience, and investigate the Bible, using The Gospel Project
curriculum. Through worship, media, and teaching they will learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and experience His love.
The Gospel Project® for Kids immerses kids in the gospel through every story, theological concept, and call to mission from Genesis to Revelation. Ultimately, the gospel message changes everything; heart transformation can only take place when a child experiences the gospel. Through The Gospel Project® for Kids, kids and preschoolers will understand the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified story—God’s story of redemption. There is an emphasis on the importance of prayer and scripture memorization, incorporating the love of Jesus in every aspect of the lessons, showing the Spirit of Christ in every classroom, and developing mission minded disciples through the support and communication with needy children in other countries.
Our enthusiastic, dedicated teachers prepare exciting lessons and lead the children in personal prayer, encourage personal Bible use, and present the gospel every week along with fun activities to help the children develop a deep understanding of God’s Word and their relationship with Jesus. Each week children will gain a deeper knowledge of Jesus, the love of God, and learn to live their faith in practical, tangible ways.
On Wednesday nights our Miners meet in a “club style” format with the purpose of discipleship, Bible study memorization and fun.
The kids are divided by age groups where they will learn how to memorize scripture and apply it to their lives.
